This is a small apartment complex; the apartments are generally one room, a kitchen-living-bathroom and aren't in the best condition. The water isn't going to be clean 100% of the time and probably isn't going to run properly less than half of that time. There isn't a laundromat in this complex. They run pretty cheap.

Apartment Complex Hokum is not much better than Shredder, but it does have a shower and toilet in a separate room and has clean running water 100% of the time. The likelihood of that water being hot is slim to none. There isn't a laundromat in this complex. Like the others, this complex runs pretty cheap.

Apartment Complex Necrosis apartments come in two rooms. The living-kitchen-bedroom and the bathroom with a full, working shower, a working toilet, and a semi-working faucet. The water is always clean but the hot water doesn't last for very long. There isn't a laundromat in this complex. Like the other two, this complex runs pretty cheap.

Apartment Complex Sanguine is considerably better than complex Necrosis. That water will run lukewarm for about forty minutes straight and will definitely be clean. The sink will mostly work. There isn't a laundromat in this complex. It's still only home to two-roomed apartments, but it's better quality than the other three apartment complexes.

Apartment Complex Zoril would be considered a middle class complex. The typical apartment in this complex will have four rooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The hot water will run for an hour before going to lukewarm which then runs for about fifteen minutes before going cold. There is a shared laundromat on the first floor of the complex, no personal washers and driers.

Apartment Complex Zugzwang comes equipped slightly larger than complex Zoril. A basic apartment in this complex will have a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and bath as well as a toilet and sink. The water runs hot for an hour and lukewarm for fifteen minutes before going cold. It has a large laundromat on the first floor. These apartments run moderately priced. A student may be able to afford this apartment, if they live with multiple people.

A typical apartment in the complex of Screed has a larger kitchen than the ones apartment complex Zugzwang is known for. The kitchen has a wider counter and a larger sink, but otherwise is similar to it's counter parts, Zugzwang and Zoril. The bathroom has a tub and a shower as well as a sink and the apartment has a living room and one bedroom. The complex itself has one large laundromat on the first floor. These apartment don't run cheap but they're not overly expensive. A group of DWMA students could afford it if they pooled together.

This complex would be considered an 'upper class' complex. A typical Brecht apartment has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one bathroom/laundry room, a large kitchen, and a large living room. The full bathroom has a full bath/shower and a toilet while the bath/laundry room only has a small shower, a toilet, and the washer and dryer. These apartments can vary in bedrooms, but the set-up otherwise is the same. These cost a pretty penny and an academy student on a part-time job wage most likely couldn't afford an apartment here.
