Today, Death City had been blessed with something beautiful. Pure white snow fell in glimmering flakes and an occasional gust of wind made them dance. The whole park had been covered in soft fluff. Some kids were enjoying a snowball fight, others were trying to build a snow Reaper and few people were here just to admire the magnificent scenery. No one seemed to care about the cold.
Well, except for one person.
Among these cheery people walked a young man dressed in just a dark suit, hands in his pockets, shivering visibly. A loud sneeze rang through the park followed by a pitiful sniffle. Victor Graves, one of the Meisters from DWMA found himself in a troublesome situation. Taking a walk through a winter wonderland would've been fun if it hadn't been so freaking cold. On hindsight, going out without a coat might've been a bad idea. Well, too late to regret now. He just had to get moving and warm up before he turned into a black and red popsicle.
Before the shivering Meister could come up with any ideas, something freezing blasted him in the cheek. Victor recoiled back, instantly snapping back to reality and glanced around. Noticing some pretty guilty-looking kids staring at him, he smirked and wiped the snow off his face. "O ho ho ho, it's on now!" He knelt down and quickly patted few hasty snowballs. Snickering under his breath, he grabbed his cold weapons and stood up. "Hey losers! Catch!" There must've been still snow or something in his eyes because the first ball sailed over the kids... and hit some random person straight in the head.
Everyone fell silent as the snowball splattered against the accidental target. Victor looked at the remaining ball in his hand, thought for a moment and suddenly his grin widened. This was either the best or worst idea he had all day. There was only one way to find out which. He took aim again at the same person and hurled the second white lump with painful precision. "Think fast, chump!" Right now, he didn't even care who the poor person was on the receiving end. It was time to have some fun.

Asny sighed as she walked through the park. She wore her trademark black jacket over a sweater, a black mini skirt with black tights underneath. She heard delighted screams and she looked up. Nearby some kids were having a snowball fight. She sighed and looked at them hopefully. But nobody would want to play with an adult like her. She'd seem like a pedophile.
She continued to walk away, her back to the kids when she felt some snow hit her in the back of her head. She slowly turned around to see a guy hurl more snowballs at her. She squeaked and dove to the ground. Landing in the soft pillow of snow, she quickly formed more snowballs in her hands.
She hid the snowballs and faked a cry of pain. "Ow! Oh, my knee!" She exclaim as she writhed in the snow. She bit her lip and put on her best pained look as she waited for the guy to come over.

While Victor did miss his second shot, what it caused was even better. His target, a blonde girl dressed stylishly in black much like he did, jumped out of the way, only to fall flat into the snow. The mischievous Meister instantly broke into gleeful laughter. "Nice dive! Did ya find something?! Hee he ha ha-" However, a sudden cry of pain was enough to cut his laugher short. "-Huh?" Much to his surprise, the girl was squirming in the ground, looking pretty pitiful. It was weird. Snow was usually soft. Did she find a rock with her knee or something? Sure sounded like it.
Without saying a word, Victor calmly walked up to the girl. His golden eyes gleamed as he focused his gaze on her. Despite the guilt-inducing sight, he was still grinning. "So..." At first, he wasn't sure what to say, but Victor Graves wasn't man who easily lost his words. "You know, I would apologize, but after seeing that hilarious dive..." He had to pause for a moment to keep his snickering under control. "I'm not even sorry." Shaking his head, he offered his hand to the girl, ready to help her up. "Come on now. Don't let a little accident hold you down." At least he was trying to be encouraging.
Besides, it would've been awfully unstylish to just leave her there.

Asny waited paitiently and held her act well. Whimpering as the guy drew near. After hearing him speak, She, herself, was not sorry for what was about to happen. He offered her hand and she took it in her own. She looked up at him as a grin overtook her face. Grabbing one the hidden snowballs, she tossed it into to his face.
She laughed maniacally before grabbing the others and darting to a nearby bush. Oh, how her heart soared. She loved stuff like this. Hiding behind trees during a snowball fight. Oh, giddy. She grinned and peaked from behind the tree. "Are you ready to surrender?!" She called out, readying her snowballs.
"I promise to not go easy on you." She added whilst laughing. She leaned down and started making more snowballs as she waited for him to reply.

The girl took the Meister's hand, but suddenly her pained whimpering was replaced by a wide grin. Before Victor could even react, his other cheek got a blast of cold. He just stood there, completely dumbfounded, while the girl bolted behind a tree. The situation sank in soon enough and his lips twisted into a devious smirk. "You clever bastard..." That girl had just pretended to get him drop his guard and he had fallen for it like a common sucker. This called for some good, old-fashioned payback. He wiped his face again and suddenly leapt behind a park bench.
Taking cover, Victor knelt down to get more ammo while listening to what the sneaky girl had to say. He was trying his hardest to control the snickers, but they just kept flowing. "Surrender? Hehehe, not a chance! I'll give you a whole new meaning to blizzard!" One after another, his swift hands squeezed out more snowballs, big ones, small ones, both soft and hard. He wasn't an artist, but he knew how to get variety in snowballs. Within moments, his arsenal was ready. "Alright! Let's get this party started!" His body was already warming up and the excitement was stopping the shivers.
Victor scooped up half a dozen balls on his left arm and suddenly rushed out of his cover. "Eat snow, blondie!" He hastily tossed three balls towards her general direction and kept running. Swift offense was Victor's only defense.

Asny couldn't keep herself from grinning as she picked up a few of her snowballs from the ground. She poked her head around from behind the tree, and almost squealed. Three snow balls were barreling towards her. Ducking behind the tree, she waited till she heard them hit the tree before peeking back out and seeing him sprinting out his cover. She grinned brightly and tossed all the snowballs she could from her arms, she leaned down and scooped more up before looking back up.
She jumped out from her hiding spot, and tossed a couple more snowballs in his direction. "You're not a hider, are you? Well, that's good for me!" She exclaimed, as she held her spot next to the tree. Standing here, she could see where he goes but still have easy cover to dodge behind. She couldn't help but grin more. She felt like she was at a great advantage here. 'Oh, great. Now I'm thinking like an adult.'
She grabbed a snowball in her hand, and raised it, ready to attack. But waited for his neck move.

Victor's snowballs hit the tree instead of the girl peeking from behind it. For running throws, they were pretty accurate. Too bad he didn't have time to actually aim and toss some more because the girl started a counterattack. The Meister came to a skidding stop, only barely avoiding the first of her shots. He grabbed his hat and ducked under the second ball just in time, remaining ready to sidestep if she tossed more. Sheesh, that girl had a dangerously good aim. It felt like he was just a dancing target out here. Better pull a tactical retreat. Sprinting behind the nearest tree, the quick man imitated the girl's tactic and took cover as well.
While Victor was in cover, something hit his hat, causing him to twitch backwards. He glanced up, ready to deal with the ninja attacker, but much to his disappointment he only saw white branches. It had just been snow falling from the tree. Snow... Tree... Victor slowly looked at the trees with snow-covered branches around him and a sly smile once again appeared on his lips. Without wasting another moment, he rushed out of his cover towards the girl, zipping between trees. He tossed the rest of his snowballs at her as a distraction and kept running until her tree was between them. "I've gotcha now!" Taking a swift dash and jump, Victor kicked the tree with a mighty thud.
"Blizzard Blast!"
Approximately half a second later all the snow in the tree came down as a powdery storm. When the fluff settled, Victor was gone and in his place stood a snowman that vaguely resembled him. Oddly enough, the snowman even sounded like the speedy Meister. "I get the feeling I didn't think this through..." Once he had voiced the thought, he shook off the white coating much like a dog and sneezed for a good measure. Now he really wished he had taken a coat. "So... freaking... cold..." While grasping his sides and just shivering there, the usually quick man was left wide open. All that warming up and heated talk had been pretty much wasted by one cold shower.
This weather really wasn't his friend, no matter how fired up he tried to get...
